|
It has come to my notice that Creamy's daughter, having recently flown the nest, has left behind some bone-idle hens.
They have been in residence at Chez Creamy for several months now and steadfastly refuse to produce any eggs.
He was quoted as saying after eleventeen pints of fine Cumbrian wallop - "Bloody non-productive stock."
Who ever heard of a milkman with virgin hens?
He's now the laughing stock of the Foulridge Pint & Pullet Club.
Local livestock expert Laneshawbridge Len said "the poor bugger couldn't score in a knocking shop so he's no chance with hens. It's about time he stopped looking so cock-sure of himself in public."
Watch out for the special feature in the next edition of Lancashire Life.

Fowl Play from wer Yarkshire flag waver methinks.... so here goes....
1. I do not own aforesaid poultry.........they were purchased by my offspring on a recommendation from their mother (!)
2. They smell nicer than Smiler's dog
3. They lose less hair than Smiler's dog
4. They cost less to run than Smiler's dog
5. They drop smaller turds than Smiler's dog
6. They do have egg laying potential (unlike Smiler's dog)
7. They are a nicer class of bird than anything Smiler has pulled lately (pure bred Marans)
7. I don't like eggs (unless they are scrambled)
8. That's two seven's.........OK, I can't count now.........can you after two bottles of Vino Horizonto? |

Sounds like I touched a raw nerve when referring to Creamy's weary poultry.
At least we might be OK for Xmas dinner providing they survive long enough.
No point asking for a boiled egg though.
Chicken butty anyone? _________________ Doom & Gloom HQ

On top of that, he supports Leeds, who picked up more cards tonight at The Lane than Smiler gets at Christmas |
